PHODEC is one of the organizations that stood to develop the entire community in Bamusso Sub Division. The cooperation agreement PHODEC entered into with Manos Unidas with a grant of 32,966 Euros for the implementation of practical life skills development and employment through vocational training with a genderbalance consideration led to the training of 198 out of the 200 trainees targeted.198 participatedand benefited from the vocational training skills project with difference skills such as, Tailoring Skills 40 adolescent girls, Mobile phones Repairs (28) out of 30 youths, Boat Driving 30 youths, Welding 20 youths, Solar Energy 20 youths,Fish Pickles 20 Fisher Women, Fish Vending 40 Fisher Women.
1.2 GENERAL OBJECTIVE
The general objective of the project:
To improve the quality of life of the rural Cameroon in South-West Anglophone region by increasing the employability.

1.3 SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
To enhance employability of 200 women and youths through vocational and skill training, in coastal fishing villages of Bamusso Sub-Division
