Philanthropic Organization for development Cooperation (PHODEC) is a non-profit making organization offering much needed support and fundraising for the rural communities, women, and children who have experienced trauma and are living in poverty. By working in partnership with other partners, PHODEC aims to bring positive change and sustainable development to these communities.
